Billing and pricing

Your Fansquare subscription, your invoices and your payment method.

Settings › Billing brings together your payment method and the history of your Fansquare invoices. The page is reserved for the agency owner: other roles do not see it.

How Fansquare bills you

Your agency is billed every month, creator by creator. At the end of the month, the amount for each creator depends on the tier of her gross revenue for the month. View pricing grid, above the invoices, shows these tiers.

Public prices are shown on the pricing page. The amount billed follows the grid shown in the app.

The payment method

Manage billing opens your Stripe payment portal in the browser. There you change the card and the billing address, and find your invoices. Your card and your address stay with Stripe.

As long as no card is saved, the section says so and the button does not appear.

Invoices

The table lists one invoice per month, the most recent at the top, with its Period, the MYM fee, any Discount, the Total and its Status, Paid or Unpaid. The icon in the PDF column downloads the invoice.

End of trial and late payment

At the end of the trial period, the app opens on a screen that asks you to add a payment method. The owner does it with Add a payment method; other members see a waiting screen until it is sorted.

When an invoice stays unpaid, the owner sees an Invoice to pay button at the top of the app, then Payment overdue, with the number of days before suspension. Once that time is up, the app shows Access suspended with the Balance due, and Pay now restores access straight away.
