Supervision
See live who is working, on which conversations, and at what pace.
Supervision shows what your team is doing right now: who is working, on which creator, with which fan, how fast they reply and what the evening is bringing in. Open it from Team › Supervision.
Where the numbers come from
The page's numbers come from three sources, which do not count messages the same way.
| Source | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Presence | Employees who have a conversation open in messaging, and those who are typing |
| Activity by quarter of an hour | Messages sent by hand, replies to fans and their delay, attributed sales |
| Daily totals | All messages and all revenue since midnight |
A few details:
Presence follows messaging open in the foreground. An employee who closes their conversation, or switches to another window, leaves the list. An employee who sends a Mass DM with no conversation open does not appear.
Activity by quarter of an hour only counts messages typed or scheduled by an employee: messaging, scripts and scheduled sends. Mass DMs and automations never count there.
An attributed sale is a sale linked to an employee, automatically or by hand (see Pay and payouts). A sale with no employee, a subscription for example, only counts in the daily totals.
Response time is measured between the fan's last message and the employee's reply.
The live numbers
The top band brings together six numbers.
| Number | What it measures | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Online | Employees who have at least one conversation open | Presence |
| Typing | Employees who are typing a message | Presence |
| Messages today | All messages sent since midnight, Mass DMs and automations included | Daily totals |
| Cadence | Messages sent by hand over roughly the last hour, in msg/h | Activity |
| Avg response | The average response time over the last 24 hours | Activity |
| Revenue today | The net revenue of all sales since midnight, attributed or not, without refunds | Daily totals |
Midnight is your computer's midnight. Messages today and Cadence therefore do not count the same thing: the first one also counts automatic sends.
Active employees
Active employees lists the employees present right now, with the Creator and the Fan of the conversation they opened last. The Status has only two values:
Typing, with three animated dots, when the employee is typing;
On a conversation, in green, when a conversation is open.
A click on a row shows their messages, their sales and their average response over 24 hours.
Agency rhythm
Agency rhythm compares the current hour with a usual hour, for four measures: Messages, Active chatters, Sales and Revenue. Sales and revenue here only count attributed sales.
The large number is the total since the start of the current hour. At 21:10, it covers ten minutes.
"usually" is the median value of the same hour, on the same day of the week, over the last four weeks. The number of weeks available follows ("4 wk"); with no history, the row shows no history yet.
The percentage gap stays grey as long as it does not exceed 8% either way. Beyond that, it turns green when up and red when down.
The bars show the last twelve quarters of an hour. The last one, in yellow, is the current quarter of an hour.
The current hour is compared with full hours. Early in the hour, the gap is almost always red: wait for the end of the hour to judge.
Activity and responsiveness
Activity in the last 24h shows one row per employee and one cell per quarter of an hour. The darker the cell, the more messages the employee sent, compared with the busiest cell in the table. An outlined cell contains at least one attributed sale.
Responsiveness by creator answers the question "are my fans waiting?". Each row is a creator, with the average response time of the last quarter of an hour that had a reply:
green under 2 minutes;
orange from 2 to 7 minutes;
red beyond 7 minutes.
waiting counts the fans whose last message is more than 10 minutes old, in a conversation opened by an employee. The bars trace the response time over the last 12 hours, and the avatars show who worked on the creator in the last hour. A creator with no reply and no fan waiting does not appear.
Performance map places each employee by their message volume (left to right) and their response speed (bottom to top) over 24 hours. The bigger the bubble, the more attributed sales they have.
Using it day to day
A creator in red in Responsiveness by creator: check who is on her in Active employees, and add someone if she has fans waiting.
An employee missing from the list during their shift: they have no conversation open in the foreground. Their shifts tell you whether they were due to work.
A red gap on the rhythm at the end of the hour: the evening is quieter than usual. Compare with Activity in the last 24h to see who is sending less.
The creator picker, at the top right, filters the whole page, presence included.
Rights
The page requires the View live activity right. With the My creators scope, the page and the live updates are limited to the employee's creators. With Whole agency, it covers every creator.
