Team
Team analytics
Compare the sales and activity of your employees.
Analytics compares the sales and activity of your employees over a period. It opens from Team › Analytics, with three tabs: Ranking, Messages history and Orders.
Choose the period and the creators
At the top right, you pick one creator or all of them, then the period. The page opens on the last 30 days, or on the period chosen elsewhere in the app. Each percentage change compares with the previous period of the same length.
The ranking
Ranking starts with six figures: Net revenue, Gross revenue, Messages sent, Private media sent, Unlock ratio (private media bought out of private media sent) and net revenue per message, excluding Mass DMs.
Next come Revenue by type, Revenue over the period, Unlock ratio, then Employee statistics: one row per employee, with their net revenue by type of sale (Private Media, Tips, Push MYM, Mass DM, MOD), their Unlock, their revenue per message, their Media sent, their Messages sent and their Total. A click on a column title sorts the table.
All amounts come from sales attributed to an employee. In Revenue by type, the Unattributed share groups the sales of attributable types left without an employee, and those of former employees. The attribution rule is explained in Pay and payouts.
Export CSV downloads the employees table.
The other tabs
Messages history lists the messages sent by the team, with its own figures and filters. Its Export CSV downloads the page shown.
Orders lists sales one by one, with the employee each one is attributed to. This is where you correct an attribution (see Pay and payouts).
The revenue types to attribute
The first time someone who manages commissions opens analytics, the What do you attribute? window asks them which types of sales go to employees. Private media and Tips are ticked by default: these are the two types Fansquare attributes on its own. The others (Subscriptions, Renewals, MOD, Push media, Lives, Affiliates) are attributed by hand.
You change this choice later in Settings › Configuration, under Revenue types to attribute. It decides what counts as Unattributed, and which types get a rate in the pay profiles.
My performance
My performance shows an employee their own sales: Total sales, their messages, their Sales breakdown, the Message sources, their Top fans, their Daily activity and their shifts for the week. The page opens on the current month.
It shows for anyone who sends messages without access to Team › Analytics. The owner and the roles that see analytics find their row in the ranking.
Rights
Team › Analytics requires the View employee performance right. With the My perimeter scope, the figures are limited to the employee's creators. The role's Visible history setting can limit the period that can be viewed.
