Sales and audience
Audience and Radar
Explore each creator's fans and spot the ones who spend the most.
The Audience page lists a creator's fans in a table, with their status, their spending and their activity. You use it to spot who spends, who is about to leave and who to celebrate, then to tag these fans so you can find them elsewhere. It opens from Creators › Audience.
Choose the creator and the segment
The page shows one creator at a time: pick her at the top right. In the table bar, the All, Subscribers, Former subscribers and Interested segments count her fans by status, and a click shows the segment. The Search a fan field finds a fan by username or nickname.
The columns
Each row is a fan. Next to the username, a green dot shows the fan is online.
Status: Active subscriber, Former subscriber or Interested;
Spending: what the fan has spent with this creator, and 30 d over the last month;
Radar: what the fan spends with other creators (see below);
Sent, Purchased and Conversion: the paid media offered to the fan, the ones the fan bought, and the ratio between the two;
Sub end, Activity 7d, Tags, Birthday and Flags (muted, blocked).
The Display button sets the Sort (by Total spend, Subscription end, Birthday soon, among others), the Order and the Columns shown. At the end of each row, Open conversation takes you to the fan in messaging.
Filter fans
The Filter button groups the filters by family:
| Family | Filters |
|---|---|
| Activity | Online |
| Spending | Spent more than, Radar, Top spenders (5, 10 or 25%), Recent purchase (24 hours to 30 days) |
| Subscription | Subscription ending (within 7, 14 or 30 days) |
| Moderation | Blocked, Muted |
| Profile | Certified, Birthday soon (within 7, 14 or 30 days) |
| Organization | No tag, Tags |
Applied filters show under the bar, and a cross removes them. A fan must pass every applied filter. Two values of the same filter, for example two tags, add up: the fan passes with either one.
The Radar
The Radar estimates what a fan spends on MYM, from Fansquare's data, not only with your creators. It sorts fans into five tiers: No spending, Small spender, Medium spender, Big spender and Whale.
It shows in two places, which do not measure quite the same thing:
in the Radar column of the Audience, the amount spent with other creators only, rounded, plus the tier color. A fan who only spends with your creator has no amount. The Radar filter keeps the fans who spend at least the chosen amount elsewhere;
in the fan sheet, in messaging, the tier across all the fan's spending, your creator included, with the line "~€3,400 with 5 other creators".
The tier in the fan sheet sets the price of a message at Dynamic price, see Dynamic pricing.
Tag several fans
Tick fans in the table: a bar opens at the bottom. Tag puts a tag on the ticked fans, replacing the one they had, and Remove tag takes it off. One action covers 25 fans at most.
A tag then works everywhere: in messaging, and in a Mass DM, where Tags to include and Tags to exclude target or leave out these fans. For example, filter Subscription ending, tag the fans, then write to them in a Mass DM (see Mass DM).
The page requires the View the audience right. Ticking and tagging fans requires Edit tags and lists, and without it the checkboxes do not appear. Rights are set per role, see Team and roles.
