Dashboard
The agency's revenue over the chosen period.
The Dashboard sums up the agency's revenue over a period: what was collected, where it comes from, which creators and which employees sold. Open it from Dashboard, at the top of the sidebar. It is the page shown at launch when your role has access to it.
Choose the period
The period is set at the top right. The shortcuts go from Today to Last year, through This month, Last 7 days or Last 30 days, and the calendar takes any two dates. When it opens, the dashboard shows the current month.
The chosen period also carries over to the other analytics pages, such as Creators › Analytics, until the app is closed.
Key numbers
The first block gives the Total collected for the period, its curve and its gap with the previous period of the same length. Below, Last year compares with the same dates one year earlier. Hover over a comparison to see the exact dates.
On the right, the total breaks down into eight revenue types: Subscriptions, Renewals, Push media, Tips, Private media, Lives, MOD and Affiliates. Each one shows its amount and its share of the total.
The curve and growth
Overview plots revenue day by day, with the period's Record. By creator replaces the curve with stacked bars, one color per creator. This button only appears if the agency has several creators, and your choice is remembered on this computer.
Next to it, three growth measures:
Average spend, the period's revenue divided by the number of new subscribers;
Conversion rate, the share of private media sent by the team that were bought;
New subscribers, their number and their curve.
Creators and team
Revenue by creator shows the four creators who sold the most over the period, then all the others together. See analysis opens Creators › Analytics for the details.
Further down, Sales by employee ranks employees by total sold, with the share of push media, private media and tips. A click on a row opens Team › Analytics. Finally, Daily revenue covers a whole year, one cell per day, with the chosen period outlined in dotted lines.
Who sees what
The dashboard requires the View revenue right. A role limited to some creators only sees their revenue. If the role has a reduced Visible history, an information icon next to the period reminds you that the numbers stop at the last days allowed.
The Sales by employee block also requires the View employee performance right. Without it, the block stays in place and explains why it is empty. Rights are set in roles, see Team and roles.
