The Cloud
Each creator's media library, organized into collections.
The Cloud shows each creator's MYM media library: her photos, her videos and, depending on the creator, her audios. It opens from Content › Cloud in the sidebar. What you do there, adding, organizing or deleting, applies directly to the creator's MYM account.
Browse the media
The left column picks the creator, among those connected to MYM that you have access to. Next to it are All media, Audios and your Collections, with a field to find a collection.
Above the grid, the filters:
the type, All, Photos or Videos;
the length of videos, from All to more than 5 minutes;
Hide non-compliant.
A click on a thumbnail opens the preview. On the thumbnail, a globe marks a media item Posted publicly, a padlock a media item Posted privately, and a video shows its length.
Add media
The arrow button, to the left of the filters, uploads photos and videos from your computer, several at a time. Each file appears in the grid with its progress. If a collection is open, the media are also added to it.
MYM then checks each media:
Pending review: the media can be sent, but the fan will not see the message until MYM has approved it;
Not compliant: MYM's moderation refused it, and it cannot be sent.
Organize into collections
The + next to Collections creates a collection. A collection's three dots offer Rename and Delete; deleting a collection does not delete its media.
To organize media, tick them: the page bar shows the number of selected media and the actions Add to collection, Remove from collection (inside a collection), Delete and Clear selection.
Delete removes the media from the creator's MYM account, after confirmation. It is permanent.
Audios
The Audios section only appears for creators who have access to voice messages. It lists the account's audios, which you can play on the spot. Fansquare transcribes them: Show transcript expands the text, and the Search titles and transcripts field finds an audio by what is said in it.
Record an audio records from the microphone, 10 minutes at most, and adds it to the account.
An audio's three dots offer Rename, with Generate with AI, and Delete.
Tick several audios then Rename with AI to give them a title drawn from their transcript. If a transcript is not ready yet, try again a little later.
Copy a media item ID
A right click on a thumbnail offers Copy ID. This identifier is used in import files, for example the media column of the posts import (see Publish posts and stories).
The Cloud in messaging
The same Cloud opens when you attach a media item to a message, with its collections and filters, plus Hide already sent to leave out what the fan has already received (see First steps in messaging).
Rights
The Cloud block of roles sets access (see Team and roles):
View the Cloud opens the page, read only;
Edit the Cloud lets you add media, record an audio, manage collections and rename;
Delete media lets you delete media, audios and collections.
